Aid Stations

There will be 5 aid stations along the main routes. Aid stations are stocked with fresh water, electrolyte drinks, Energy gels, fruit, bars, soda, comfort foods, and snacks.

Light Support stations will offer water, bars, gels, and electrolyte support.

Full Support stations will offer more substantial nutrition, such as burritos, in addition to water, bars, gels, and electrolyte support.

There will be minimal bike supplies at our aid stations. Please make sure your bike is in good working order and we suggest bringing your own bike repair kit as backup.
